General Data Protection Regulations May 2018

The personal data we hold about pupils is very important. New legislation about how this data must be treated, The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect from 25th May 2018.

A new data privacy notice for the school has been drawn up to reflect the GDPR and this new notice is provided below. It tells parents how we collect pupil personal information, what we use it for, who we share it with and how we keep it safe. It also tells you what rights you have over the information we hold in respect of your child. As required by the new legislation, we also include a separate pupil privacy notice for our pupils.
