As a church school, we have very close links with St. Mary's Church, Tenbury. Reverend Mark is a regular visitor to school. The whole school visits the church four times a year for special services to celebrate Christmas, Easter, Harvest and a special service for our Y6 Leavers and as part of our R.E. programme, classes of children often visit the church as part of their curriculum work.

 

 Every Thursday we have 'Open The Book' assembly and are pleased to welcome up to nine local church members who re-tell a bible story to the whole school. The stories really come alive with children dressing up and taking the role of the main characters. 

 

 Many of our pupils also attend weekend 'Church and Chips' sessions - have a look on our weekly newsletters as these are regularly advertised!
