Being a Scientist at Tenbury CE Primary Academy

Science at our school inspires children to ask questions and explore possibilities about their world and their own personal passions. It is taught regularly to a high standard and builds upon prior science learning. Science is fun and practical and is celebrated every year, as part of British Science Week, when we have a whole school Science Day. When children leave Tenbury Primary, they have a secure knowledge and understanding about a range of scientific concepts and some will hopefully see themselves as future scientists, able to make a difference in the world!
