Being a Designer at Tenbury CE Primary School

Our Design and Technology (D&T) curriculum at Tenbury is rich and varied. As designers, the children understand the place that Design and Technology has in society. Every term, the children will take part in a design process with a different focus. This will involve researching products, designing, making and evaluating what they make. At Tenbury, we believe the Creative Arts - Art and Design, D.T and Music- are powerful forms of communication that can change the way people think, feel and act. They combine creativity with emotion enabling personal expression, reflection and development. 

Within the D&T curriculum, there are also lots of opportunities to learn about the importance of healthy eating and we cook lots of delicious food!
